- Purchasing Officer
Experience and Qualifications ::
- Must have at least 2 years experience in a purchasing environment,
- Must be a pro-active Self starter, with excellent attention to detail.
- Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have a good/excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages(Excel & Word)
- Restaurant Manager
- With a minimum of 5 years experience in four or five star hotel
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including earliest, latest, weekends and evenings and split shifts
- Advanced or Native English
- Experience of supervising or leading a team is essential
- Experience of handling complaints and dealing with the public
- You should have some experience maintaining standards, achieving targets and objectives
- Experience of planning schedules
- Experience delegating tasks and administration
